Revolutionary new robotic inspection equipment. The Jetvent Inspector by Triventek has been designed not only to inspect the inside of ductwork before and after duct cleaning but also as an important tool for sales people in a ductcleaning company. This is a smart piece of kit which tells your customer you are professional and take your work seriously.

The Inspector comes in a small easy to carry flight case of only 7 kg total weight and can be set up in less than 30 seconds. It is also the first on the market to use computer technology to capture images and record movies straight on to a laptop computer using video capture hardware. In this way no separate monitor or video recorder is needed.

Another popular option is to feed out into a multimedia player, such as the Archos for both viewing and recording. Other options include a simple LCD screen (display only), laptop PC (via video capture hardware) or a camcorder (capable of receiving analogue video signal)

The video capture software will also enable still pictures to be taken from inside the duct which can be given to customers as evidential documentation or sent as email. Another advantage of using a video package is the ability to add voice to the inspection video that will be recorded.

The Inspector can be used in circular ductwork from 160 mm diameter or rectangular ductwork of similar dimensions and comes with a standard cable length of 15 metres, extendable at will. The extra strong 4-wheel drive robotics enables the Inspector to travel as far as 100 metres from the duct entry point, climb at an angle of 40º and still operates if upside down -it's practically impossible to get it stuck!

The engines are an integral part of the robot thus avoiding problems of dust and other particulates and gives trouble-free running. Bright light is achieved by 40 low heat LED lights in the front and rear of the Inspector which results in clear images and safe-working. Joy-stick control with proportional engine drive gives easy manoeuvrability throughout the whole ducting system including bends. The standard version of the Inspector comes with a high resolution colour camera to view images from inside the ductwork. The control box is equipped with overload fuses and BNC connection to video output.

The Inspector can easily be used for vertical inspections by simply lowering it down duct using the power cable.
